We will review your application and discuss with you to learn more. Our target audience is primarily non-profit organizations and registered charities. However, we are excited about the growth of the social enterprise industry and are always interested in seeking new ways to maximize our value. Collaboration Partners seeks to better understand your organization and its challenges throughout the various touchpoints in our applications process. Your application form should clearly demonstrate your organization’s mission, programs, or services, and describe their impact both quantitatively and qualitatively, as best as possible. The proposed project should have a detailed problem definition and project goals. We look for a good decision-making structure in the organization, internal resources and commitment to the project, and a willingness to execute the recommendations delivered through the engagement. We will be happy to answer any of your questions at any stage during the process.
-
We do not charge for our services. The organization is 100% run and operated by volunteers who provide their time for free in an effort to leverage their skills to create social impact.

After receiving your application, the Director of Client Relations will review it and get in touch with you to better understand your objectives. If there is a potential fit, the Consulting Operations team will conduct a more thorough review in order to fully and accurately scope the project to ensure alignment on objectives, approach, deliverables, and timelines.
Once the project scope is determined, we will match you to a team of skilled volunteers with relevant experience who will be responsible for delivering the project. Throughout the engagement, you will be supported by your dedicated engagement team along with the Collaboration Partners Consulting Operations leadership team to ensure that we are delivering on the agreed-upon scope and meeting your expectations.
